Old wells, living water.

Mananciall comes from the Portuguese word for wellspring: the place where water rises from deep underground, clean and unstoppable. It is what we believe about the classics of the Christian faith.

The deepest wells were dug centuries ago. Charles Spurgeon preached to millions without a microphone, and his printed sermons became the largest body of work by any Christian author in history. Jonathan Edwards thought harder about God than perhaps anyone since the apostles. E.M. Bounds rose at four o'clock every morning for decades, and left behind the greatest library on prayer ever written.

These books never went out of print. But they did go out of sight: buried in broken scans, abridged paperbacks, fragments scattered across the internet. Reading them today usually means squinting at a photocopy of a photocopy.

So we are republishing them the way they deserve: complete and unabridged, carefully typeset, gorgeous on any screen, at a price any reader can afford. One library, built to last, for readers who still believe the old wells hold living water.
