Refund policy

7-day refund, no argument

If an edition disappoints you, write to us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to justify yourself. We would rather lose a sale than a reader.

How to request one

Email contact@mananciall.org from the address you used to buy, telling us which edition you want refunded. We reply within two business days, and the refund is issued to your original payment method.

How long it takes

Once approved, the refund is processed immediately on our side. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. Pix refunds in Brazil are usually same-day.

What happens to your access

When a refund is issued, access to that edition is removed from your reading room. Any other editions you own are unaffected.

Read before you buy

Chapter one of every book is open to everyone, in the exact edition you would be buying. We recommend reading it first: the best refund is the one nobody needs to ask for.

Who you are buying from

Orders placed in US dollars are handled by our reseller, Paddle.com, which appears as the merchant of record on your statement. Orders placed in Brazilian reais are processed through Asaas. Either way, refunds are requested from us at the address above.
